EPI’s virtual fairs allow you to interview international teachers for all subjects and grade levels from the convenience of your computer or smart device and choose the one who will be the best match for your school.
We recruit education professionals who have excelled in their home countries and are now seeking an authentic cultural exchange experience by teaching in US schools. Our process includes extensive screening to ensure that you only meet with the top candidates from all over the world.

How the EPI Virtual Fair Process Works
- Choose a Time - Choose a day and time that works for you and your interviewers. Your virtual fair can span multiple days and times and accommodate your preferred interview format, including one-on-one, panel, and multi-sequence interviews.
- Select Candidates - Select the individual candidates you would like to interview or tell EPI your needs and we can provide recommendations. You can view any candidate’s resume, introduction video, and qualifications directly from your school dashboard.
- Download Zoom - Download Zoom and show up for the day and time you selected. You can attend interviews from any place with an internet connection.
- Conduct Interviews - Click the link provided by an EPI representative to join the interview. Our placement team facilitates the entire interview experience live.
- Review Data - Review video recordings of each interview on your own time and decide to request additional interviews or offer a position. We will record each session and send you the videos. If you choose an EPI teacher, we will handle all the paperwork and communication with the candidate.
